From 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG) will apply. This law gives you, as a person, more privacy rights. Nothing fundamental will change in the way we handle your personal data, but we have mapped out how we do this for you.
Due to previous business contacts, personal data such as your name and business (contact) data may be in our database and in our project archives. We have collected this personal data on the basis of information provided by you during the business relationship between you and us. We only store those data that are necessary for the effective performance of a contract (necessity basis). In general, these are:

De frequentie van toezending vermelden we in deze activatiemail en zullen we niet overschrijden. De registratie van toestemming en uw naam en e-mailadres worden opgeslagen in de servers van onze IT-partij. Met deze partij is een verwerkersovereenkomst gesloten waarin de beveiliging van deze gegevens state-of-the-art is geregeld. Ze maakt uitsluitend gebruik van datacenters in Nederland, apparatuur die wordt gebruikt voor de dienstverlening aan Human Safety Academy staat in Nederland en is onderhevig aan Nederlandse wetgeving.

Wanneer u het contactformulier op onze website invult, verwerken we alleen de gegevens die u zelf aan ons verstrekt. Dit is in ieder geval uw naam en uw e-mailadres. Daarnaast kunt u nog de volgende gegevens verstrekken: telefoonnummer en een bericht/vraag.
De gegevens worden verzameld en opgeslagen om u van een reactie te kunnen voorzien. Aangezien het ingevulde contactformulier als een e-mail bij ons binnenkomt, behandelen we deze gegevens niet anders dan dat u een directe e-mail had gestuurd.
Door de gegevens aan ons te verstrekken geeft u ons toestemming om de gegevens voor bovengenoemde doel te gebruiken en maximaal 1 jaar te bewaren. De gegevens worden niet met anderen gedeeld.
Indien we uw gegevens nog willen gebruiken voor andere doeleinden, zoals het toesturen van een nieuwsbrief, zullen we daarvoor eerst om toestemming vragen. Wij verwerken uw gegevens dus op grond van artikel 8 sub a en sub b Wbp en in overeenstemming met de AVG (Engels: GDPR).
Uw persoonsgegevens worden opgeslagen in de servers van onze IT-partij. Met deze partij is een verwerkersovereenkomst gesloten waarin de beveiliging van deze gegevens state-of-the-art is geregeld. Ze maakt uitsluitend gebruik van datacenters in Nederland, apparatuur die wordt gebruikt voor de dienstverlening aan Human Safety Academy staat in Nederland en is onderhevig aan Nederlandse wetgeving.
Human Safety Academy uses Google Analytics to measure visitor statistics. The last octet of the website visitors' IP address is removed by Google Analytics, making it anonymous. Besides anonymised IP addresses, no other personal data is used. For detailed information on the collection and processing of your personal data by Google, please refer to the Google Privacy Policy.
Human Safety Academy saves applications by letter, e-mail or video no longer than four weeks after the end of the application procedure. If Human Safety Academy wishes to keep personal data longer than these four weeks, initially assuming a year, explicit permission will be asked of the candidate. Candidates have the right to inspect archived data and to correct or delete them.
We store your personal data in accordance with the statutory time limits.
We have taken the following measures to protect your personal data:
Our employees' servers and devices are equipped with up-to-date security software such as virus scanner and firewall;
We send data only via secure internet connections (SSL);
All computers and other electronic devices are equipped with (personal) passwords;
All our employees are aware of the safety requirements within the company.
Human Safety Academy will not provide or sell your personal data to third parties, unless this is necessary for the execution of our business activities (necessity basis). Both internally (employees) and externally (subcontractors) agreements are and will be made to guarantee confidentiality.
Human Safety Academy reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Statement. Therefore, please check the privacy statement regularly for an update of the privacy policy. We will also actively communicate any changes through the newsletter.
Human Safety Academy will immediately report a data breach or hack to the supervisory body, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
You have the right to access your personal data (Article 15 of the AVG) and the right to request correction or deletion of your personal data (Articles 16 and 17 of the AVG). In addition, you can object to the use of your data.
